The thing consuming your time isn’t always the real source of the friction.

The FoundHer Path is a personalized deep dive into how your business actually works—designed to uncover what may be creating unnecessary work, draining your energy, or slowing your momentum.

What happens during a Friction Finder?

1. We talk like real humans

We start with a 30-minute Discovery Call.

I’ll ask questions about:

  • how your business currently runs
  • where your time actually goes
  • what you keep avoiding
  • what repeatedly frustrates you
  • what feels heavier than it should
  • what you want more time and energy for
  • where you want your business to go next

My job is to listen for patterns—not judge how you run your business.

2. I investigate the friction

After our call, I review what I’ve learned and look for patterns across five areas:

Direction Friction

When too many ideas, priorities, or unfinished tasks compete for your attention.

Systems Friction

When repetitive work, scattered information, manual processes, or memory-dependent tasks create unnecessary effort.

Technology Friction

When tools intended to help create confusion, avoidance, abandoned tasks, or hours of troubleshooting.

Visibility Friction

When staying visible feels like a constant demand instead of a sustainable way to connect with customers.

Growth Friction

When leads, follow-ups, customer journeys, or opportunities lose momentum before they move forward.

I’m looking for what deserves your attention first.

3. I look beyond the obvious problem.

Your business does not operate in neat categories. A visibility problem may actually begin with unclear direction.

A technology frustration may be creating repetitive work somewhere else.

A growth problem may have nothing to do with attracting more customers and everything to do with their journey.

This is where the personalized investigation matters.

The goal is to understand what may be creating the work in the first place.

4. You receive your personalized 30-Day Action Plan.

Your recommendations are organized around four possible moves:

Remove: What can stop entirely?

Simplify: What can become easier?

Systemize: What repeats often enough to create a reusable way of working?

Support: Where would the right tool, resource, specialist, or outside help genuinely make sense?

You leave with a clearer understanding of:

  • where friction may be showing up
  • what appears to be creating it
  • which issues deserve attention first
  • what can wait
  • what practical steps to take over the next 30 days

A clearer idea of what deserves attention first.

One of my early clients came in with several ideas competing for her attention and uncertainty about where to focus. After receiving her personalized action plan, I asked whether it had helped put her on the right path.

“It really did! I am focusing more on social media.”

— Erica, Grit City Decals

The goal isn’t to fix everything at once. It’s to help you see what matters now—and build a clearer way forward.

Anything that makes running your business harder, slower, or more draining than it needs to be.

This if for you if...

✓ You keep thinking, “I don’t have enough time for everything.”

✓ The same tasks, tools, or problems keep slowing you down.

✓ You know something isn’t working, but you’re not sure what deserves attention first.

✓ You keep putting things off because figuring them out feels like another job.

✓ You want practical support without creating another long-term dependency.

A note from Kyla

I'm not here to tell you everything you're doing wrong.

I’m an idea generator, problem solver, and relentless cheerleader for women building businesses they believe in.

Capable women aren’t short on ambition.

They were losing time and energy trying to figure everything out alone.

I created the FoundHer Friction Finder because I don’t believe the answer is always another marketing strategy, another expensive platform, another consultant to depend on, or another list of things you “should” be doing.

Sometimes you need someone to sit beside the mess, ask better questions, notice the pattern, and help you decide: What actually matters now?

That’s what we’re here to find.

— Kyla Braun, Founder of FoundHer Hustle

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to complete the free Friction Check first?

No. The free Friction Check can help you notice where friction may be showing up, but it is not required before purchasing a personalized Friction Finder.

What if I already know what my problem is?

That’s okay. Sometimes the obvious problem is the real problem—and sometimes it is a symptom of something else.

We’ll use the Discovery Call to understand what is happening before deciding what deserves attention.

Will you fix everything you find?

No. The Friction Finder is a diagnostic and action-planning offer.

You’ll receive practical recommendations and a 30-Day Action Plan, but implementation is not included unless explicitly stated.

If you want hands-on help with a specific friction point afterward, FoundHer Fix may be the appropriate next step.

What if we uncover several connected problems?

That is common.

Your Friction Finder will help prioritize what deserves attention first. If deeper support across multiple friction points makes sense, we can discuss whether FoundHer Flow, the 90-day partnership, is appropriate.

Will I need to give you access to my accounts?

Not automatically.

The Discovery Call and investigation begin with conversation and relevant context. If reviewing something specific would materially improve the recommendation, I’ll explain what would be helpful and why.
