30-Day Personalized Partnership

The FoundHer Flow is a personalized 30-day partnership to focus on one goal to untangle multiple friction points, build practical solutions, and create more sustainable ways of working around your strengths, goals, and real-life capacity.

You don’t have one isolated friction point. You have several connected ones competing for your time and energy.

Your Flow includes:

  • 1 × 30-minute Strategic Discovery Call to understand the organization’s priorities, current constraints, and potential areas of friction.
  • 1 primary organizational goal selected as the focus of the engagement.
  • Analysis of up to 3 connected friction points affecting movement toward the primary goal.
  • 1 client-specific FLOW Strategy documenting the agreed goal, current state, evidence, impact, desired state, focused interventions, key deliverables, and intended outcomes.
  • Up to 3 focused interventions, with a maximum of 1 primary intervention per friction point.
  • Up to 3 key deliverables per intervention, for a maximum of up to 9 agreed key deliverables across the engagement,.
  • 1 shared FLOW Work & Watch Tracker, including the agreed work plan, ownership, dependencies, next actions, and progress indicators.
  • Up to 12 hours of implementation support during the engagement, applied only to the approved interventions and deliverables.
  • Up to 6 progress indicators tracked across the engagement, selected based on available baseline data and relevance to the primary goal.
  • 4 × 30-minute weekly strategic check-ins to review progress, dependencies, learning, and next actions.
  • Collaborative support with up to 2 identified team members, in addition to the primary client contact.
  • Up to 1 hour of asynchronous support per week throughout the 30-day engagement via email and the shared FLOW Work & Watch Tracker, limited to questions, feedback, and collaboration directly related to the agreed scope. Responses will be provided within 2 business days.
  • 1 × 60-minute end-of-engagement review to assess movement, document key learning, and identify recommended next steps.
  • 1 written FLOW Wrap-Up Summary, including progress against the original goal, observed movement, unresolved friction, and recommendations for the next phase.

Tell Me What's Not Working

What happens during a Flow?

1. We map what’s actually happening.

We start with a deeper Discovery process.

Together, we look at:

  • where your time and energy are going
  • where problems appear connected
  • what is realistic within your capacity

We’re not looking for everything that could be improved. We’re looking for what is creating the most resistance across your business.

2. We prioritize the connected friction.

Your business does not operate in neat categories.

Together, we identify:

  • what deserves attention first
  • what may resolve another problem downstream
  • where support would create the greatest relief

The goal is not to do more. It is to make the right things work better together.

3. We build and adjust together.

Over 30 days, we work through agreed priorities. Depending on your business, this may include:

  • simplifying workflows
  • improving customer journeys
  • reducing repetitive work
  • setting up or improving tools
  • strengthening follow-up processes
  • troubleshooting friction as it appears

We build around your business—not a generic blueprint.

4. You leave with more control.

By the end of our work together, the goal is for you to understand:

  • how your new ways of working connect
  • what you can maintain
  • what can be repeated
  • what should remain outsourced or supported
  • what deserves attention next

I’m building with you—not becoming another permanent dependency.

This if for you if...

✓ You’re dealing with several problems that seem to feed each other.

✓ You keep fixing one thing only to get stuck somewhere else.

✓ Too much of your business still depends on you remembering, checking, fixing, or holding everything together.

✓ You know your current way of working isn’t sustainable.

✓ You want hands-on support to build better ways of working—not another strategy sitting in a folder.

A note from Kyla

I don’t want your business to need me forever.

I love big ideas. I love asking questions. I love finding the connection between two problems that looked completely unrelated.

After nearly a decade working across marketing, e-commerce, branding, community engagement, customer experience, and business technology, I’ve learned that the hardest business problems rarely live in neat little boxes.

We’ll untangle what’s connected, focus on what matters most, and build practical ways of working that give you more confidence and control.

I’ll bring the curiosity, problem-solving, pattern recognition, and relentless belief that there is usually a better way forward.

But the goal is not for you to need me forever. The goal is for your business to work better because we built it together.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to complete the Friction Finder first?

Not always. If you already know you are dealing with several connected friction points, we can discuss whether FoundHer Flow is the right starting point.

In some cases, I may recommend beginning with the FoundHer Friction Finder so we can investigate and prioritize before committing to a 30-day partnership.

What kinds of problems can we work on during Flow?

Flow may involve connected friction across Direction, Systems, Technology, Visibility, and Growth.

The exact focus depends on your business, priorities, and agreed scope.

We will define what deserves attention together rather than trying to overhaul everything at once.

Does Flow include done-for-you work?

Flow is a collaborative partnership.

Depending on the agreed scope, I may build, configure, troubleshoot, document, or implement certain solutions alongside you.

But the goal is not to quietly take over your business. I want you to understand what we’re building and why.

Why does pricing start at $1,500?

Because every 30-day partnership is different.

Some businesses need focused support across two connected friction areas. Others require deeper investigation, implementation, or technical work.

Your exact scope, priorities, level of support, and investment will be agreed upon before we begin.

How much time will I need to commit?

That depends on the work we agree to tackle.

I will be mindful of your real-life capacity—because creating an overwhelming plan to solve overwhelm defeats the point.

You should expect to participate in scheduled sessions, provide relevant context or feedback, and take part in decisions that affect how your business works.
